African Electroplating is a Gauteng based company started in 1978 by Peter Posniak, his wife and father-in-law. It has grown into one of the largest plating plants in the country. Our years of experience facilitate the delivery of service excellence, for which we continually strive. We are proudly South African and have ISO 9001:2008 certification and level Three BBBEE. We actively promote from within the organisation and have many senior staff who started at shop floor level. We are, in essence, still a business with a strong family ethic, and it is the norm to have family members working with us. We supply plating to most industries requiring metal finishing, including Furniture, Automotive, Medical and Construction. We have an effluent plant which is closely monitored by Johannesburg Water, and always complies with their requirements for toxic waste disposal.
Our Culture
We are constantly striving to improve our production, quality and standards in order to enhance our customer's experience and produce a level of quality that meets & exceeds world class standards. We believe that the more energy and attention you invest into solutions, the greater the yield for the customer and the company. Our ability to learn, and translate that learning into action rapidly, is our ultimate competitive advantage within the market. We are proud to have ISO 9001:2008 certification and a level Three BBBEE. We believe that talent is the multiplier and a person’s legacy is greater than any currency. With this in mind we are constantly looking at training and empowering our staff as well as providing employment for future generations. We truly love what we do and our quality shows it.
We take pride in delivering industry leading quality and customer service.
We understand that your customer is our customer, and strive to form long and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
